LETTER FROM THE
PRESIDENT - The summer show season is winding
down and everyone is now gearing up for the fall futurities. I
hope all your three year olds are riding good and on track. Coming
up this week, Sept 7-10 is The East Coast Affiliate Championships and
The Tradition Futurity hosted by OVRHA. This is going to be a
great show! We hope to see all our members there showing and
supporting the club. The top four horses placing in the Affiliate
Championship classes will receive an invitation to participate in the
North American Affiliate Championships held in Oklahoma City in
December. Thank you to Leonard Truck & Trailer, the sponsor of The
Tradition Futurity. Be sure to thank them for their generosity in
supporting our futurity. And don't forget The Tradition Futurity
Sale put on by National Equine Sales. Two year olds that sold in
last years sale are eligible for a separate purse in the futurity.
